By the way, make sure you double check that you withdrew at least one license. I think I had a problem some years back with another version. They'll quickly reset your counter if you write them.

Thanks! I'm actually all setup now. I've been about 50/50 making the playoffs in Silver. Having that 140 win team I am sure cost me a bunch of wins for sure. Just at the wrong place at the wrong time. That's why OL is here...for continued validation!
