You can change the stadium. Just go to edit ballpark and load a new model, and get the obj diagram, and picture for night and day. I don't know if you are having problems creating a new stadium, but if you have one created it should work and the team should appear in it. If want new stadiums here is the link I use to add new parks to my universe.
