Check the Mods forum to see if there's something you want.

I'm only interested in photos of my players. I get a lot of them at baseball-reference.com. They need to be resized to 85 x 135. If a player historically played for my team but his Baseball reference isn't that team I can often find a photo of him in the right uniform using google photo search.

EDIT: Correct photo size for OOTP is 90 x 135.
