Agree with BW, of course, and CB's reply to me. There could be a place in OOTPB for female players and management, certainly, but only in largely a fictional setting. I honestly cannot think of any real women's leagues on which to base a game. (The All-American Girls Professional Baseball League from "A League of Their Own?") But to associate OOTPB and OOTPD with sexism because they have avoided indulging with revisionism is nonsense.
