Is a 14% strike out rate good?
Well, is it for a pitcher or a hitter? That makes a pretty big difference
Also matters what the league average is.
Much like with wRC+ and FIP- which compare a player's performance to the league average (possibly with some other adjustments) it'd be nice to have most other rate stats compared to average.
Specifically things like K%, BB%, ISO, OBP
