In 24 games, Lee Maye has hit .228 with 5 HRs, 16 RBI, and 2 SB. He's gotten some time in all 3 outfield spots, but mostly CF and LF. The Twins are 21-30, 9.5 games behind the Angels for the division lead and in 5th place.

Mike Dornan has picked it up recently, now hitting .312 through 38 games. He's also hit 5 HRs, already a career high, and 21 RBI. He struck out just once in the month of May. He's also moved back into RF where he's played solid defense.

Chad Slosar, on the other hand, hasn't improved much at the plate. He's hitting .235 and has struck out 21 times in 34 games. His play in LF continues to be stellar.

Meanwhile, it seems the White Sox have decided to try playing Jim Bridges at 1B rather than as a pitcher this year. I don't think he'll pan out as a hitter, but we'll see how he performs when his rookie league season begins later this month.
