New rules in real life?
I noticed some new rules this year and wondered if they were just for this 60 game season or does MLB plan on keeping them?
1- Every extra inning starts with a runner on second base
2- If you put a relief pitcher in he has to stay in until the inning is over or
he has faced at least 3 batters
3-DH's in the National league
