RP Bob Craig (27-R) was placed on the DL and RP Alan Pigott (26-R) was called up for Daytona Beach. He was our 8th round pick in the 2004 B Leagues Draft. He was 0-1 with a 2.41 ERA in 18.2 IP with an 0.86 WHIP for the Admirals.

P Tommy Keyser (25-L) has been cleared to play by Trudy the Trainer. Since he has not pitched in almost 6 weeks, we have sent him to Daytona Beach (A) to get back into shape.

Richmond Robins (26-16 .619 1 GB in 2nd place in the Southern Division) at
Jacksonville Jays (27-15 .643 1 GA in 1st place in the Southern Division)

RICH: Billy Warner (26-R) (3-2 3.43 ERA 63 IP, 55 H, 7 HR, 31 BB, 47 SO) All-Star(2: 03-04)

Warner is their #1 starter. He was 13-9 with a 2.66 ERA in 203.1 IP last year and 15-8 with a 2.81 ERA in 253 IP in 2003. He is 4-2 in 8 starts in his career against the Jays with 3 shutouts, the most of any opposing pitcher, and a 2.66 ERA. 78 IP, 82 H, 3 HR, 31 BB, 59 SO.

This will be the 2nd start of the season for Noyola.
