April 11 - C Larry Slattery (29-R) of Richmond had 4 hits, scored a run and had 5 RBI at home versus Ottawa. The Robins won, 15 to 3, and had 21 hits.
April 11 - 2B Roger Briones (22-L) of Columbus had 4 hits with a home run, scored 2 runs and had 4 RBI at Memphis, but the Explorers lost, 8 to 7. Briones hit a 2-run home run in the Top of the 9th to tie the game, but the Mules scored a run in the bottom half to win.
April 13 - Eli Kyzar (32-R) of Syracuse pitched a 3 hit shutout at Charlotte. He walked 1 and struck out 2. At bat, he hit a SF. It is his 2nd shutout in 2 starts this season and the 14th of his career. The Sycamores won, 8 to 0.
April 13 - Ricky Perez (25-L) of Orlando hit 2 home runs, drew 2 walks, was hit by a pitch (after the home runs), scored 4 runs and had 4 RBI at Buffalo. The Juice won, 10 to 1.
April 14 - 1B Gus Milam (36-R) of Providence had 3 hits with 2 home runs and a walk, scored 3 runs and had 3 RBI at home versus Birmingham. P Ramiro Huerta (32-R), an ex-Baron, pitched a CG and hit a Grand Slam, the 3rd pitcher to ever hit one. It was his 2nd career HR. The Steamrollers won, 11 to 1.
April 15 - Steve Cron (30-L) of Buffalo pitched a 4 hit shutout at home versus Ottawa, who were scoring over 7 runs a game before today. He did not walk a batter and struck out 5. At bat, he had a hit and an RBI. It is the 17th shutout of his career tying him for 2nd place on the all-time list with Tom Peterson of Syracuse. The Bombers won, 2 to 0.
April 15 - Brian Ragazzo (23-L) of New Orleans pitched a 10 inning, 2 hit shutout at Birmingham He walked 4 and struck out 8. At bat, he had a hit. It is the 3rd shutout of his career. The Pelicans won, 1 to 0, in 10 innings. Juan Estrada (31-L) also went the distance, taking the loss for the Barons.
April 16 - SS Skip Dunkin (26-S) of Richmond had 5 hits with a triple, scored 2 runs and had an RBI at Orlando. The Robins won, 8 to 6, in 12 innings and outhit the Juice, 20 to 15.
