I have played both. My big issue is that every season in Strat is $25. Then when the new season comes out every year you have to buy the PC game all over again. And there is no good reason to. The game is the same it has been since the 90's. There will be a few subtle rule changes, but the main aspect of the entire game is unchanged. Oh, and if you want hi-res stadium pictures instead of the blurry one's the game comes with it will cost you like $35. I like C&D games, but Strat and APBA are the only one's widely enough played to have an actual business front. But they both overcharge and deny like they even have a community. No PDF's, everything costs too much. Outdated methods, Strat is printed on the worst card stock of any game I've rolled.. Maybe it's more statistically accurate. You can have it. I'll stick with OOTP. Even at full price it is the best value of anything in this hobby. Not even close. With an active community, and developers that keep up with the community.
