Cannot do Amateur draft

Game is in its 4th year. I have had no issues for the first several years of the game, but this year I am stuck at the draft. When I click on Continue Draft, it goes to the draft screen, shows the draft pool, but says "Draft is finished" in the lower left panel. Game will not let me go past this, however.
