T.R. Hunter and Bobby Raker lead off with back to back hits. The Bullpen was up after the first hit. New Pitcher: Jim Gibson (32-R), their closer who gave us a run on a home run in 2 innings on Thursday, but picked up the win. With 1 out, PH Mike Volkman (36-L) pokes a hit to center. Pinch-runner: Frank Roadman (29-R). A wild pitch sends him to 2nd. Charlie Faber grounds a 3-2 pitch to right for a hit and Roadman heads home, but Bobby Raker throws him out...

The Steamrollers announced that CF Steve McKee, injured during the game, gad a sore back that they expected to bother him for 4 or 5 days.
