I wouldn't really worry about it if I were you. The team chemistry is great and each player's overall morale is good. So unless they're performing well below expectations and you're trying to find a reason, I wouldn't worry about their unhappiness with their role.

I will add, though, that in my experience when a player expects to be at the top of the order, third isn't high enough. It usually means leadoff and sometimes they'll be ok with hitting second. The AI considers batting third to be middle of the order.
