Yeah if you want success as FTP it takes a real commitment. Doable yes but it's a lot of work.
Small clarification though, luck is not a requirement. Luck is only a very minor factor in any BFF success, since we are not allowed to sell our lucky pulls. 2 BFFs have won perfect and several are strong diamond teams. Working the markets properly is the biggest thing, by far. And probably the key to that, is participating in an active community where those kinds of market strategy discussions are happening.
TLDR - If you want to have success as FTP, considering joining BFF or another active group, it really helps. and yes...be prepared to spend a lot of time & effort if you want to make it to the very top.
