So I'm digging deep to make sure I get the best pitchers but the ratings are getting confusing to me. A pitcher will have high ratings when it comes to stuff and movement but he will have low ratings on his 3 pitches. how can I understand if this is a good pitcher or not? so how do you understand this. His stuff and ratings were 71/73 but all 3 pitches were in the 20's/30's. So to me if a pitcher has a good movement then h would also have a high rating on his pitches right? or how is a better way to understand this?
