Yeah, I was able to sign up for new ones this morning, however they are all now stuck in the "Preparing" mode due to the server issue.
While the server issues are really not as frequent as people think they are, I have noticed less people putting up players on the AH as straight up auctions with no "buy now" price. Pretty sure the developers took care of those people who had high value cards that ended up getting sold for well under market price due to servers locking up, but I think it spooks more people out of it trying it than it did last year. I know it is in the back of my mind when I have placed a player card on a straight up auction.
