If you're getting file corruption that often, that could be a sign of an impending hard drive failure - try right-clicking on the drive in Windows Explorer, select Properties, then Tools, and click on the "Check" button under Error checking, and see if that turns up anything. Your hard drive manufacturer likely has their own diagnostic program as well. A memory problem is another, less likely, possibility; MemTest86 is good for checking if your RAM has any issues.

If you do get a crash, don't try reloading as the backup saves may get overwritten after a restart - check rs_one and rs_two and try restoring the files from the one with the most recent data first.
