Available Teams:
Tampa Bay Rays - Very talented team. They're in position to keep winning now and are led by McClanahan, Realmuto, Franco, and Meadows. Financially they have a small budget, but no albatross contracts on the books so they have some flexibility. Their farm is 14th in the league, but has 5 top 100 prospects.
