I have only been playing Perfect Team for a few months and really have not looked at other teams' rosters much. I am in a Bronze league this week and noticed every team in my division and several others intentionally have a Bronze level player when they have Gold or Silver level players not being used. These Bronze players do not have any single outstanding rating (like defense or stuff). Also most have all Perfect/Diamond/Gold rosters and then this extra player. They seem to be either RP or outfielders but there may have been one IF.

Is this some deep strategy? A subtle way of tanking? Clubhouse glue guy?
Weird coincidence? It just made me curious.
