TIGERS TAME CAJUNS IN PLAYOFF FOR SISD TITLE
In the South Island Second Division title playoff game, it was the Meraux Tigers that prevailed over the Bar Harbor Acadians... the Tigers took the pennant with a 6-4 triumph over the Cajuns with a three-run rally in the ninth frame... now Meraux and Bar Harbor will join the South Island First League next year... the Tigers and Acadians will be promoted there next season.
