Hi All,

I'm currently in year 11 of my 1989 KC Royals game (2000)!

I want to trade Roberto Alomar and Pedro Martinez going into the last years of their contract.

The game won't let me because of the 10/5 rule.

I have gone into commissioner mode and can't find a way to edit that.

I also went into player editor and didn't see an option.

Is there a way to turn this off so I can trade them?
