CD, you need to do the jerseys that have been requested on your Graphics thread.
Take the information that the three or four people have given you and create them jerseys.
You are asking for far too much information.
Do the Vice City Electrics with the colors I gave you and post them in your thread... the person requested Miami Vice colors... pinks, purples, blues, greens.
If people ask you to do them a jersey, do it... do it with the information they give you.... don't ask for more information.
