If you want these players to have their real history you have to import them all, you can a mass import by list and put them on the teams you want.

Then export the rosters as a .csv file and edit away with your ratings. As long as you match the players you should be able to import it back in. There will be some things you'll have to edit in game yourself like personality and few other ratings but for the most part that should work. Import when done

You can also import/export the stats the same way, export to .csv and edit as needed.
