A few years ago I played through the history of the National Association. Then I intended to move that game on to the beginning of the National League. When I set up the National League, I found that the National Association was no longer visible in my game. I want to try this again but want to avoid the lost visibility back into the NA once I start up the NL.

Anyone have experience with this? I'm looking for comments/suggestions on how to manage the evolution from one major league to another without losing the ability to see the history of an old league once the new one is up and running in the same game.

I don't recall clearly what I did last time (about 3 years ago) but don't want to play through the history of the National Association again only to have it become invisible once the NA is out of business and the National League is in play. I'm looking for advice from anyone who has done something like this.
