I posted this on Reddit but would be good to get an official answer on this.

So, from what I understand and have seen on YouTube, there doesn't seem to be much opportunity to move around different teams (Challenge Mode) because the competition for jobs is so intense.

Is it possible in the European leagues and progress through different leagues and better teams, without using Commissioner Mode?

I'd really like to try this as one big final FHM 6 game as opposed to the usual games with NHL teams.
