There is definitely a Rust factor involved in the game, but the game does not specifically tell you that a player is rusty and I'm not sure that anyone has done a specific study on this.

I do not feel like 4 or 5 days is going to be enough for a relief pitcher to become rusty, but don't have any data to back that up.
