I'm not sure what exactly would be the cause of that. It would likely mean it's a facegen I made for Perfect Team 20, when First_Last was the requirement. However, I would typically also save those files with the ID format. Hopefully, it's not too many instances where something fell through.
I'm just about finished looking through the facegens Makonnen has uploaded (about 15 or so left that I'm going to hit up tomorrow). They're not all being implemented as they were, but all the players you submitted will be receiving either new or tweaked/improved facegens.
Then I'll hit up the ID fixes that have been mentioned so far, and see if anything else sticks out for cleanup before pushing an update.
