Time to introduce you all to the Arizona Canyoneers's owner. His profile may be aq bit longer than average, but if so, so be it. With no further ado, then, let's start getting to know Justin Geissler at least a little bit, if not a lot, as best as we all can, okay, folks?

Justin Geissler was born oin August 9, 1893 in Washington Township, Michigan to Archibald and the former Cristina Kanashiro, a native of Belem, Brazil as their tenth son and seventeenth child, with only five children still living with their mutual parents at the time of his birth, the rest having already grown up and moved out, with triplets among those five still at home. He would not be their last son or child, however. He'd have two younger brothers, and three younger sisters, in truth, for his parents still would have excellent physical health for several years to come in certain ways. When he was born, his parents were already in their fifties, and very close to their sixties, even.

Later on, he found out his mother's family was quite large, with an average size of fifteen offspring born every generation since at least circa 1300 AD. Of which at least five or six, on average, would survive long enough to produce the next generation of their respective families, if not at least ten of them at times. His father's side of the family wasn't generally as prolific in that sort of thing, though.

He spent most of his early childhood in Michigan until he was about five years old, when his parents moved their family to Tokyo, after his father was sent as a mid-level diplomat to help represent the United States there during the presidential administration of William McKinley. He lived with his parents and several siblings in and around Tokyo until about 1906, when he and several members of his family then returned to the United States. But they didn't return there before Justin actually met his future wife on an unexpected trip to Kyoto by way of Nagoya, one Kaede Ashikaga. They would not meet in person again for at least another fifteen years, after he returned to the United States, but they would write thousands of letters to each other in the intervening years between them both, all told. Whether the letters were short or long, and whether written by hand or on a computer, they still would, in any case, just the same.

It took many years for Justin to win Kaede's hand in marriage. Especially because of many obstacles put in the couple's way, such as many potential suitors for her hand, for example. But the couple's eventual love for each other ultimately prevailed over those obstacles, and they were finally married in 1923, about ten years before the Nazis came to power in Germany. The couple quickly settled in Flagstaff, Arizona, and began to raise a family there. Nearly a quarter-century later, they now already have nine born children and eight grandchildren now born with at least three more yet-unknown to be on the way. Not to mention another two on the way, without them even knowing about that yet as well. Justin's parents are barely still around, but fading quite fast, while living next door to him and his family, though, with with both being nearly 110 years old in their lives now.

Justin, when not spending time with those close to him or working, often reads the Bible, along with reading many books or stories, many newspapers, or poetry collections, both online and offline. Or he rides horses, or travels for various reasons in his life. He especially enjoys riding his favorite horse King Albert, a five-year-old nearly eighteen-hand mostly black stallion with areas of tan, white, and brown also present on his body, especially on his nose and hindquarters. Besides King Albert, he and his family own, at least in part, if not entirely, shares of thirty other horses, with six of those horses being thoroughbreds.

Justin is now fluent in English, Japanese, Spanish, Portuguese, French, Hebrew, Latin, and Italian. He also can communicate, at least, in German, Greek, Arabic, and Russian to a barely passable degree in his life at present. Other languages and dialects, however, he barely may know a little of, at best, currently. His other family members are also fairly capable of being rather conversant in multiple languages, but not necessarily the same exact ones as he's sufficiently conversant in.

Justin hopes to see Arizona become a real American Baseball Refuge powerhouse in for many years into the future, if possible, in the future. But it may take a good while before that proves to be the case, seeing as this will only be the ABRS's second season overall, of course.

Picture(s) and certain other information will be shared later as possible and all, I'm sure. The next personnel profile most likely to be posted here will be that of Steve Daniels, the Canyoneers' current General Manager, as soon as possible, I think. Thank you for your time and all, everyone. CD out.
