Also, you might want to temper expectations slightly...odds are you will not be in perfect in 3 weeks. Actually that would be impossible...5 weeks would be the minimum from iron to perfect. The levels get much, much harder. And you need to get lucky in the playoffs to advance as well.
Thank you for replying. I have been at this for a few years (8th year with OOTP) and enjoy PT very much.

I like to think I am analytical, but admittedly...sometimes buy a player because of how I remember him, and whether or not I like him.

I asked specifically about the three pitchers because I was concerned about ratings, and really wanted to see how others fared at PL level with these three.

I think my park factors have been calculated accordingly. But there is always the unknown with how certain cards will react/perform.

I may show up here on the boards as a "bat-boy" but I read/study the boards several times a day...looking for input, which is like gold.

I do not post much at all because there are a select few that act as the "board diva's" and year after year, it is always the very same few who completely ruin the "board experience" for me.

At any rate..I know I have a few weeks (maybe five or six) to go to get to PL level...I believe my plan (based on budget) is realistic.

What I cannot express enough is how I feel about the time, and effort that it took for all of you to respond/reply, and offer your experiences, and advice.

It is much appreciated.

I hope we can talk again another time!

Thanks again.
