I've been meaning to tighten up the connection between major and tactical role again for a while now, and it'll be changing in FHM7. If there's a conflict, that'll increase the likelihood that the player won't behave in a way that his tactical role instructs him to, and may instead revert to using his team role (or his natural tendencies) to direct his actions.

So in an online league format where everyone is a human GM, the primary basically means nothing? Is that the simplified version of what I’m reading?
