EDIT: As to the pitchers, really all the guys you listed are more considered pen pieces, though I've seen both SE Walter and Guidry in the rotation. But Dizzy is definitely a (very good) pen piece, not really a long term SP.

As I am looking/could afford two of the three..
I believe I can fortify my pen/rotation with two solid decisions.
