It's on a good but not fantastic defensive team in a mostly neutral park that bumps BA and 2b/3b a little bit.
What would scare me about Dean and Guidry are their MOV ratings. Guidry does look like he would destroy a team if it has a lot of LH batters in its lineup - but that MOV against RH hitters could mean a lot of dongers.

Thanks for your valued input. I have been thinking about this real hard for about five days. I know Guidry's slider should be death to lefties at any level. I also see Dean's stuff would/should mean the same against righties.
It is Johnson that gives me pause. While he rates out better, and he is a groundball guy should be the difference maker. But I have experience at the PL level extensively in OOTP 20 (my team is Danbury Hatters..I won 11 PL titles) and I am worried that Johnsons one "out pitch" will not be enough. I would love to insert whomever into my rotation and move Lefty Grove into the BP where his "stuff rating" climbs to almost 150, and where it would play better...in my opinion.
Thanks again!
