I have only had experience with the Big Train card and it does very well through Gold, have only had the team it's on in one Diamond season. It's pitched mostly in Gold for me and is usually somewhere between a 3.5/4.0 ERA.

It's on a good but not fantastic defensive team in a mostly neutral park that bumps BA and 2b/3b a little bit.

What would scare me about Dean and Guidry are their MOV ratings. Guidry does look like he would destroy a team if it has a lot of LH batters in its lineup - but that MOV against RH hitters could mean a lot of dongers.
