Orioles 9, Yankees 8. Cedric Mullins had three hits, including a homer, and drove in four runs as the Orioles beat the Yankees. A two-run homer by Renato Nunez put Baltimore ahead for good in the fifth inning.

Rays 5, Mariners 0. Brent Honeywell Jr. threw 6 2/3 scoreless innings, allowing just two baserunners for the Rays. Ji-man Choi had four hits for Tampa Bay.

Astros 8, Tigers 4. Lance McCullers Jr. struck out 14 in 7 2/3 innings in picking up the win for Houston. Taylor Jones hit a three-run homer, and Yordan Alvarez and Carlos Correa both got three hits for the Astros.

Indians 3, Diamondbacks 2. Francisco Lindor hit a walk-off single as the Indians beat the Diamondbacks. Jake Bauers and Franmil Reyes both homered for Cleveland, and Shane Bieber allowed two runs in seven innings.

Blue Jays 4, Royals 3. Anthony Alford doubled in two runs with a double in the ninth inning to tie the score, and Danny Jansen put the Blue Jays ahead with a single in the tenth. Travis Shaw homered for Toronto, and Ken Giles pitched two shutout innings for the win.

Red Sox 3, White Sox 0. Collin McHugh was spectacular, allowing four hits and striking out twelve in eight shutout innings. Michael Chavis hit a three-run homer to account for all of the scoring.

Cardinals 10, Reds 5. Tommy Edman had three hits, including a three-run homer, as the Cardinals beat the Reds. Three other Cardinals also had multi-hit games.

Brewers 1, Twins 0. Brent Suter pitched 7 1/3 shutout innings, with Corey Knebel and Josh Hader finishing things out. A single by Christian Yelich put the Brewers ahead in the first inning.

Mets 12, Nationals 3. Pete Alonso homered and drove in five runs on the day as the Mets crushed the Nationals. Amed Rosario and Brandon Nimmo had four hits apiece.

Pirates 9, Phillies 7. Home runs by J.T. Riddle, Willians Astudillo and Josh Bell helped the Pirates beat the Phillies. Pittsburgh overcame a four-hit game by its old friend Andrew McCutchen.

Cubs 10, Marlins 2. Albert Almora Jr. drove in four runs and Victor Caratini three as the Cubs blew out the Marlins. Javier Baez reached base four times for Chicago.

Athletics 11, Braves 9. The Braves put up a four-run rally in the ninth, but it wasn't enough as the A's held on for the win. Matt Olson and Matt Chapman both homered for Oakland, and Chris Bassitt got the win and had two hits and drove in three runs.

Giants 4, Padres 2. Joey Bart put the Giants ahead with a two-run pinch-hit homer in the seventh inning. Trevor Cahill allowed two runs in seven innings to get the win.

Dodgers 7, Angels 2. Gavin Lux hit a three-run homer as the Dodgers beat the Angels. Julio Urias left with an injury in the fourth inning, but Bryce Graterol came on to get the win in relief.
