I live in NC and we don't have a major league BB team. A case could be made we don't have a major league team in any sport but that's for another discussion

. Anyway I thought I would try my hand at managing the Asheville Tourists (the closest minor league team to me). On a average of every two days the parent club (Rockies) take 7-9 players from me and send about the same. After 18 days I had zero players from opening day. Right now I have 7 SS and no 1B,3B or CF and only one LF and RF. So I have SS's playing those 3 positions. I also have only 2 pitchers with the stamina to be real starters. I find it hard that in real life they would move 64 players a week at one club! I would think if you wanted to destroy a young player there is probably no better way than having him play for a different manager, pitching/batting coach in a different location with different teammates every 3 or 4 days. That said I haven't followed real BB in decades and I figure a lot of you do, so is that many roster moves realistic?
