I've been waiting around for about 2-3 weeks, looking for a new 2003 roster league to pop forward. I have seen a couple, but the ones I've seen don't look very promising, as the commissioner can't even post without mispelling, while using inadequate grammar.

akrobat@tpb-fans.com and I could even be persuaded into helping out with the league and providing web space if needed. I understand there are tons of real roster leagues out there, but being a newcomer, the opportunities to manage your own team from scratch haven't been plenty.
