18 June 2297 - BL: Assaultrons Top Finch Farm, 4-3, in 13 Innings
The Assaultrons grabbed a win, 4-3, at Easy Town Field, overcoming a fine effort from Finch Farm pitcher Steve Rocky. Rocky went 7 innings and allowed 3 runs. The victory gives Easy Town a record of 18-14.
Easy Town won the game in the bottom of the 13th inning. With no outs and Chris Farmman on the mound for Finch Farm, center fielder Sean Samuels hit a dramatic solo home run, bringing Assaultrons fans to their feet.
"Win or lose, we pick each other up in this clubhouse," Samuels told WRVR after the game.

Salem 6 at County Crossing 7
The inspired effort of Salem center fielder Mike Castillo was not enough to prevent a loss, 7-6, to the County Crossing Bloodbugs after the Bloodbugs scored three in the bottom of the ninth. Castillo went 4 for 5 with a home run, a double, and 2 singles, while scoring 3 runs and driving in 3. With the win, the Bloodbugs have a record of 16-16.
The game was decided with two out in the bottom of the ninth. With County Crossing trailing 6-5, Tom Mastodon hit a fastball from Dan Beantown to left for a 2-run single. Just like that, the Bloodbugs had a walk-off win.
Nordhagen Beach 8 at The Slog 14
Millioncap Go really sizzled at the plate in today's 14-8 win over Party Boys. The The Slog center fielder blistered Nordhagen Beach for 5 hits in 6 at-bats.
Millioncap Go hit a two-run home run off Tommy Beach in the 1st, flied out in the 2nd, doubled in the 4th, singled in the 6th, hit an RBI single in the 7th and hit an RBI single in the 8th.
To date Go has chalked up a .307 average with 2 home runs, driven in 18 runs and scored 29 times.
18 June 2297 - IL: Silver Shroud Score Late to Upend Chemists, 5-4
Behind a fine performance from Micah Morals, the Fort Hagen Silver Shroud knocked off the Sunshine Tidings Chemists, 5-4. Morals went 3-5 with a home run and 2 singles, while adding 2 RBI and scoring once for the Silver Shroud. Fort Hagen now owns a record of 14-18.
Morals had a timely hit for Fort Hagen in the top of the ninth. With Sunshine Tidings trailing 4-3, he turned a first pitch splitter into a 2-run home run. It was his 6th home run of the season, making it 5-4, Fort Hagen.
"I like the grit of this ballclub," Morals said.

Lexington 6 at Abernathy 7, 11 inn.
The Abernathy Adamantium bested the Lexington Synths by a score of 7-6, with right fielder Donny Kowalski getting the main credit. On the day, Kowalski was 2-5 with 2 singles and a walk, while scoring 2 times and driving in 2 for the Adamantium. Abernathy has a 3-game win streak, while Lexington has lost 3 in a row.
The Adamantium procured the win, in large part because of third baseman Joel Mutfruit. In the bottom of the 11th, he produced the game-winning run-scoring single.
Starlight 5 at Concord 6
The Concord Radstags turned back the Starlight Lady Killers, 6-5, at Nuka Park. David Stahl, in particular, had a fine performance. He went 3-4 with a double and 2 singles, while adding 3 RBI and scoring once. Gwinnett Southie picked up the win with 8 innings of work. He allowed 4 runs on 13 hits, while walking 1 and striking out 6. On the season, he is now 3-5. Earning his 3rd save of the year was Bell Franklin.
Stahl contributed in the bottom of the fifth. With a runner on 1st, he hit a run-scoring double. It was one at-bat among others that helped Concord get the win.
18 June 2297 - ML: Sanderson Leads Mirelurks to Win
Melon Sanderson was instrumental in his team's 7-4 triumph over the Goodneighbor Hancocks. The right fielder went 3 for 4 with a home run and 2 singles. He scored 2 times and drove in 3 for the Warwick Mirelurks. The win puts Warwick at 20-12 this season.
Warwick used a well-timed hit by Tutton Gatekeeper to capture the win. The third baseman socked a run-scoring double in the top of the fourth inning to put the Mirelurks ahead, 2-1. Though it was his only hit in 3 at-bats, it was important.
"Melon is still learning," said Mirelurks manager Old Man Langford. "The sky's the limit for him."

Jamaica Plain 3 at Quincy 12
Even as a travel ball player, David Driftwood said his coaches told him the key to hitting was making contact, and letting everything else flow from there. At The Stone House today, Driftwood showed how well he learned that lesson.
The 28-year-old right fielder had 6 hits in 6 at-bats for the Quincy Gunners, helping his team knock off the Jamaica Plain Red Rockets by a score of 12-3.
David Driftwood doubled in the 1st, doubled in the 2nd, singled in the 4th, singled in the 6th, hit an RBI single in the 7th and singled in the 8th.
Thus far this year Driftwood is hitting .343 with 7 home runs, 26 RBIs and 29 runs scored.
University Point 5 at Atom 4
The University Point Deathclaws defeated the Atom Cats, 5-4, in Minutemen League action at Coolest Field in Town. University Point pitcher William Radwater had a standout performance. University Point pitcher Cricket McGuire got the win, upping his record to 1-1. Jesse Emacipated got the loss. Marc Pondsip collected save number 7.
University Point used a clutch hit from Kory Richardson to get the win. The right fielder drilled a 3-run home run in the top of the eighth inning to put the Deathclaws ahead, 5-4. It was his only hit in 3 at-bats, but it was a doozy.
18 June 2297 - RL: Dwellers Deal Scrappers 7-6 Loss
Fallon Field at Egret Tours Marina was the site of an exciting ballgame between the Vault 81 Dwellers and Egret Scrappers.
Egret center fielder Bill Chaney had a good game in a losing cause. His team fell, 7-6, to Vault 81 at Fallon Field at Egret Tours Marina. Chaney was 3 for 5 with a double, 2 singles, and a walk, while scoring 2 runs. Radscorpion Johnson picked up the save for Vault 81, his 8th of the year.
Vault 81 used the clutch hitting of Deer Quickwalker to capture the win. The right fielder drilled a 2-run double in the top of the sixth inning to give the Dwellers the lead, 7-5. For the game, Quickwalker had 1 single and 2 doubles in 5 at-bats.
"We found a way to get it done," Quickwalker said.
Vault 81 now has a record of 16-16 with the win.

Oberland 6 at Fairline Hill Estates 5, 14 inn.
The Fairline Hill Estates Yao Guai got a superb performance from pitcher Sage Monticello, but the Oberland T-51s still won the game, 6-5. Monticello threw 7 innings allowing 3 runs. Oberland has 3 straight wins, Fairline Hill Estates 5 straight losses.
It could have been a different outcome for Oberland, had it not been for Chris Milteer, the top prospect . Milteer contributed a run-scoring single in the top of the 14th inning to put Oberland up, 6-5.
The T-51s scored two runs in the top of the ninth to tie the game. The Yao Guai's Dave Crowfoot suffered the blown save, his second of the season.
Shaw 0 at Diamond City 2
A masterful pitching performance carried the Diamond City Swatters to a 2-0 victory over Shaw HS. Mark Stuhlsatz held the Knuckle Punchers scoreless in a complete-game effort.
He permitted 9 hits, had 5 strikeouts and allowed 2 walks.
Looking at his season stats, Stuhlsatz has won 2 and lost 4, collecting 41 strikeouts and 17 walks in 63.2 innings with a 6.79 ERA
