You're going to see more back-to-backs in the AI schedule because it's making sure games are played in the time frame so they don't mess up other worldly events (like the World Championships for instance). Although we don't know what the future holds, back to backs is something that is more on the table for the NHL, and the average team I believe had 15 last year with the top teams being 18 I think.
- If you don't like the schedule, re-roll it. You can do this in the league edit.
- Consider changing the amount of games in a season back to 80, 78 or even 76. You may get different results as well.
