This is probably a stupid question based on your screenshot, but here goes... Did you manually change where all of your game data is stored? By default you would find your screenshots folder here:
Obviously, replace my Windows username with yours, but that's all that
normally would be different.
Yours points to your C:\Program Files (x86) folder, which again, isn't standard. Other than that, I'm at a loss. Sorry to hear about your situation...it sure is an odd one!
