OOTP Developments Forums - View Single Post - Just bought the game but cannot play because i'm having a error message.

Thinking here, my usar name is joÃo so maybe the Ã in the user name is the cause of the problem. But i couldn't make it work yet tho.

When i go to my user folder i can not find a the OOTP 21 folder, the OOTP 20 folder was there because of the time that i downloaded the game from a friend Steam account. So I can't find the "paths.cfg" to solve the problem. I really don't understand why the folder does not shows there, even with me re-instaling the game now up to 10 times.

I would really like some help, I'm really lost with this problem because this was my first Steam purchase and the game was not cheap,at least for my brazilian standards. Evan worse was the antecipation to finally play it and it not working.
