Louisville Colonels (31-27 .534 3.5 GB in 3rd place in the Southern Division) at
Jacksonville Jays (21-36 .368 13 GB in 8th (last) place in the Southern Division)

LOU: Bruce Conway (30-L) (6-4 3.70 ERA 65.2 IP, 67 H, 3 HR, 23 BB, 30 SO in A Ball) Rookie vs.
JAX: Marco Gonzalez (26-R) (1-3 4.05 ERA 46.2 IP, 48 H, 2 HR, 20 BB, 23 SO)

Conway, a 30 year old rookie, will be making his season debut today. Yesterday's win aside, word apparently has gotten around that all you need is a lefty to beat us and his pedigree does not matter...

Gonzalez gave up 6 runs on 9 hits and 2 walks in 6.2 IP last time out, but escaped with a no decision and we won the game.
