He was a last minute addition to the lineup, put in there, not because of Bert Swope's 0 for 33 streak, but because the Robins lead the League in steals and ran pretty much at will yesterday on Swope. With 1 out, Skip Dunkin triples to left center. His second triple of the game. Two triples and two errors in a game is a fairly rare exacta, I would think. Andres Borges flies out to right, as he did after Dunkin's last triple, but now Joe Roberts and his sprained elbow are out there instead of Dennis Brown and Dunkin scores. 6 to 2, Jays.

On the Hill: Brian Brenner (32-R), after a scoreless 6th. CF Frank Wendell (33-R) grounds a hit to left. Tony Becerra takes a 3-2 pitch for ball 4. LF Mike Volkman had a hit and 2 walks and scored a run. If he could play defense, he would be starting more often. CF/RF Joe Roberts had 2 hits and an RBI. 1B Tony Becerra hit a double, drew a walk and scored a run. 2B ed Diskin had 2 hits, scored a run and had an RBI. C Garrett Bender had 3 hits, scored a run and had 4 RBI. I think he will start for a while.
