T.R. Hunter lines a hit to right center and gets bunted to 2nd by P Juan Estrada. Tom Tye beats out an infield hit. He steals 2nd. Andy Povich lines out to center and the runners hold. Gus Milam grounds out to 3rd!

Ricky Sanchez lines a double to the right field corner. The Bullpen is up. A wild pitch sends the runner to 3rd. Doug Bowers lines a hit to right and Sanchez scores. 4 to 1, Steamrollers. Juan Duarte bunts the runner to 2nd. A grounds out sends him to 3rd. We walk T.R. Hunter intentionally.... P Juan Estrada swings at a 3-2 pitch and flies out to right.

Tom Tye leads off with a 4 pitch walk... The Bullpen is back up. With 1 out, Gus Milam doubles to left and Tye scores without a throw... 5 to 1, Steamrollers. Call to the Bullpen: Justin Reddick (28-R). Brian Porter (33-S) is in to play 3rd in a double switch. Ricky Sanchez grounds out to 2nd and Milam goes to 3rd. 2 outs. A wild pitch scores Milam... 6 to 1, Steamrollers.

Top of the Eighth:
With 1 out, Garrett Bender lines a hit to left. Brian Porter grounds a hit to left. Frank Wendell grounds into a force at 2nd, 3-6, and Bender goes to 3rd. Leander Gooding grounds one to short, but T.R. Hunter makes a bad throw to 2nd and Bender scores. 6 to 2, Steamrollers. Cal Doty grounds a hit to right and Wendell beats the throw home. 6 to 3, Steamrollers.

Top of the Ninth:
New Pitcher: Larry Domino (32-L), their closer, who blew the Save, but picked up a win on Thursday. With 1 out, PH Frank Roadman (26-R) triples to center. Down 3 runs in to 9th, Roadman tries to steal home..... He is out... And fined $50.... That has to be the dumbest thing I have ever seen in a ballgame....

Frank Cook (L 2-5) went 6.1 innings, allowed 6 runs, 9 hits, 1 home run, 2 walks (1 INT) and struck out 1. He threw a WP.
RHP Justin Reddick went 1.2 scoreless innings, allowed 1 hit and struck out 1.

Juan Estrada (W 3-3) went 8 innings, gave us 3 runs (1 earned), 8 hits, 1 home run, 1 walk and struck out 5.
LHP Larry Domino (SV 4) pitched a scoreless 9th and gave us 1 hit. Fun Fact: Opposing Teams have 10 Saves against us by 10 different pitchers.

2B Leander Gooding hit a double. 1B Ismael Gonzales had 2 hits with his 1st home run of the season. PH Frank Roadman hit a triple, but got caught trying to steal home down 3 runs in the 9th... C Garrett Bender had a hit and a walk and scored a run. 3B Brian Porter had a hit in his only at bat.

For Providence, C Doug Bowers had 3 hits with a double, scored a run and had an RBI.
