So do you want a realistic baseball sim or not because what you're asking for does not exist in the real world.
There is NO COVID-19 IL in real life for privacy reasons.
In fact, there are players on the IL who are 'suspected' of suffering from COVID but it is unconfirmed because teams and the league are not allowed to release that information UNLESS THE PLAYER APPROVES.
Soto obviously approved.
Others have not.
How on earth are outsiders, like everyone except the player, team and league, supposed to know who belongs on an IMAGINARY COVID-19 list and who does not?
