Provide an ability for the scouts to look for certain characteristics or abilities. For instance, look for players with high work ethics, low greed, or a contact rating above X. Also would like to see input/suggestions from coaches concerning current team players in addition to scouts opinion. If a coach is telling me a player is not worth keeping on the team due to declining skills or bad attitude, that would be helpful in making a decision on whether to keep or dump. Also need an option to keep an AI assistant GM from placing a player on waivers. I had a pitcher that my scout was saying had elite potential but my assistant GM waived him because he was out of options and a lower current rating than the rest of the pitchers
