Yeah, a bit of a pain. But shouldn't take more than 5 or 10 minutes and then you're done. Maybe someone else can come up with an easier way. I thought you might be able to choose AL or NL as league name, but they're all listed there as MLB. I'm always monkeying around with different views and filters. I really love that they made that so much more customizable this year.
