There are a couple of avenues to success in this game: money and time. It sounds like the money people want to eliminate time as a factor.
Step 1: Build a super tourney team at all levels.
Step 2: Have all of the various teams auto-entered in every tournament.
Step 3: Log in occasionally and collect the loot.
Three tournaments per account is working great. Being online to enter tournaments also works great. Don't change either one.
