Last season...I had a team of all Florida and Pennsylvania teams. Team was pretty solid until I reached diamond and then I had to save up to collect the better the players.
This year, I was going to build a theme team with the 3 gold players I packed. The three teams I got gold players from were the Reds, Blue Jays, and Indians.
When that first or second stream where Bench got the 100 overall card and I saw how inflated the prices got...I found out quickly that I had to ditch the idea of a theme team or play the game very very slowly.
I ditch the team and now I just save my PP, collect a top player, and horde specific live cards in the hopes we have a season. It was the only logical thing to do.
