Perhaps someone who has downloaded the mod files from the Steam Workshop can send it to you in a zip file or something? One set of files goes in the ballparks folder and the other set of files goes in the models folder if you are installing it by hand. You will need to continuously reinstall the era_ballparks file though after every OOTP update to keep the mod working though.
