Question Setting Strategy - Help

Hi folks,

I have been playing for quite a while now, but one aspect of the general strategy settings (and player specfic, I suppose) has me a little stumped. It's the frequency with which the Hit and Run is used - where you presss "9" if playing games out.

When I play games out, I've had great success with the Run and Hit - where you press "a" if playing the game out. With a speedster on first and less than 2 outs, it very often resulys in a stolen base. And if contact is made, it takes out the possibility of a double play and will often result in a first to third single.

The manual suggests there should be an option to ramp up the use of the run and hit when a game is simmed ("a"), but I can't find it.

This leads to the second part of the question. If the play is increased in frequency in the player specific strategy page, when will these plays be used more? When that player is at bat, or when that player is on the bases?

Using my strategy, I'd want to control when the play was used depending on who was on first - the player at bat is largely irrelevent. If I want to employ this strategy (frequnetly use Run and Hit with a speedster on first) when games are simmed, is it possible?

Many thanks for any asssitance.
